Ticket Ordering Information & Policies
Tickets may be ordered during business hours by calling 608-785-1434 or directly from the Box Office at 119 King Street in downtown La Crosse. You can also purchase tickets anytime on this website. Online ticket sales shut off two hours before each performance begins, but tickets are still available through the Box Office.
Tickets can be picked up at Will Call 60 minutes before the show begins. We just need the name of the person who ordered the ticket(s).
You are welcome to pick up your tickets at the Box Office prior to the performance date. Stop by anytime during regular box office hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Tuesdays, 9 AM – 7 PM
Saturdays, Noon – 4PM
SEATING
Seating is general admission. Reserved seating is available upon request for Pump House members at the Director Level and above. ADA seating is available for up to 4 people, and subject to availability.
REFUNDS
All ticket, class, and workshop purchases are nonrefundable.
For shows with more than one performance date or time, tickets may be exchanged if the request is made with at least 24 hours notice.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Pump House bar opens 60 minutes before show time and during intermission. Beverages are welcome into the theater.
No carry-ins please.
LATE SEATING
Late arrivals will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion. For certain theater performances, it may not be possible to seat late arrivals until intermission. Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged to a later performance date of the same production.
DISCOUNTS
Discounted tickets are available to Pump House Members as determined by the Membership Level. They may be redeemed online, by phone, and in person.
Student and military discounts are available and can be redeemed in person or over the phone. Student discounts are for individuals 18 years old and younger or for those attending a higher education institution. Military discounts apply to the individual who served and are not extended to friends or family.
SALES TAX & SERVICE FEE
A 5.5% sales tax is added to all box office sales.
An additional credit card fee is added to all purchases made with a credit card.
