Exhibit: BANNED

In conjunction with National Banned Books Week, Pump House and La Crosse Public Library connect and celebrate both visual and literary arts in this juried and themed exhibit, “BANNED: Art Inspired by Banned Books.” Artists of all media were invited to submit up to three works for jury and potential inclusion; 20 artworks by 14 regional artists were accepted into the final show.

Artist Reception: September 15, 5-7 PM

Join us for a reception in celebration of this exhibit and the selected artists, complete with talks from the artists, complimentary wine (until 6 PM), light refreshments and music.

Pump House galleries are open Tuesday-Friday, 11 AM-7 PM and Saturday 12-4 PM, or by appointment.
Gallery hours are subject to change. Please call ahead to learn the best times to visit.

Admission to the Pump House galleries is always free and open to the public.
Pump House Regional Arts Center is a certified 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Donations accepted.
