In conjunction with National Banned Books Week, Pump House and La Crosse Public Library connect and celebrate both visual and literary arts in this juried and themed exhibit, “BANNED: Art Inspired by Banned Books.” Artists of all media were invited to submit up to three works for jury and potential inclusion; 20 artworks by 14 regional artists were accepted into the final show.
Artist Reception: September 15, 5-7 PM
Join us for a reception in celebration of this exhibit and the selected artists, complete with talks from the artists, complimentary wine (until 6 PM), light refreshments and music.
