Ticket Ordering Information & Policies
Tickets may be ordered by phone, in person, or online.
Tickets can be picked up at the PUMP HOUSE front desk during regular box office hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Tuesdays, 9 AM – 7 PM
Saturdays, Noon – 4PM
or 30 minutes before show times
Tuition Policy
Class/Workshop tuition is nonrefundable.
ORDER TICKETS
BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Pump House bar opens 30 minutes before show time and during intermission. Beverages are welcome into the theater. No carry-ins please.
REFUNDS
All ticket purchases are nonrefundable.
For shows with more than one performance date, tickets may be exchanged for a fee of $5 per ticket (waived for Pump House members). Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to performance.
DAY OF SHOW SALES
Day of show tickets are subject to availability, and may be purchased by phone or in person. Pre-purchase is always recommended.
PICK UP TICKETS
Pick up your tickets at the Pump House front desk anytime before the performance, and during regular box office hours. (Tickets will not be mailed.)
SEATING
Seating is general admission. Reserved seating is available upon request for Pump House members at the Director level and above. ADA seating is available for up to 4 people, and subject to availability.
DISCOUNTS
Discounted tickets are available to Pump House members as determined by the membership level. Available online, by phone, and in person.
SALES TAX & SERVICE FEE
A 5.5% sales tax is added to all box office sales.
A $2 service fee is added to all online and phone purchases.
